The Foundation is an organization of all alumni who had been, at one time or another, recipients of fellowships to the Netherlands, under the bilateral agreement between the Philippines and The Netherlands.

The Foundation is a non-political, non-stock, non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of fostering camaraderie among its members, developing further their potentials and capabilities, and promoting mutual understanding between The Netherlands and The Philippines.
